If a product sent for exchange is found to be used, worn, washed, or damaged, the same item will be returned to the customer.
In such cases, no refund or exchange will be processed, and shipping charges will not be reversed.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear product images or an unboxing video.
After verification, an exchange will be arranged.

Products purchased during sale or discount offers are not eligible for refunds.
For sale items, only store credit or exchange is applicable, subject to availability.
